It's interesting to be in town on a "normal winter weekend". Sometimes when I visit on a big holiday weekend, there's a false sense of activity. Friends from other cities are in town for the holidays, bars are packed, and I do more socializing in 5 days than I've done all year. It was nice to go to Erie on a quiet weekend, see my family and relax. I was in Erie last weekend. It’s interesting to be in town on a “normal winter weekend”.
